These delicious cheesesteak sliders on Hawaiian rolls brushed with garlic butter are an easy recipe perfect for a game day, parties, or an actual meal. These bite-sized sandwiches pack a mean punch of flavor, and if you like cheesesteak, you’ll love these cheesesteak sliders.

Instructions
- Prepare the onions, mushrooms, and bell pepper. Onions and and peppers should be thinly sliced, and mushrooms chopped.
- Heat oil in a large skillet, and saute' the garlic, onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper for about 7 minutes or until a little softened. Then set aside.
- Add the steak, seasoning salt and black pepper to the skillet. Cook until the meat is almost done.
- Add the veggies back into the skillet with the meat, stir, and simmer until fully cooked
- Slice the Hawaiian Rolls in half, you'll have a top layer and a bottom layer
- Place the bottom layer of the rolls in a lightly greased baking dish or baking sheet
- Spread the bottoms of the rolls with mayo.
- Add the provolone cheese slices on top of the mayo.
- Next evenly layer the meat and veggies on top of the provolone.
- Next add a dollop of the warmed cheese wiz to each slider.
- Now add the top layer of the rolls Garlic Butter
- Lightly brush the tops of the rolls with half of the garlic butter, then place a sheet of foil over the sliders
- Place sliders in the oven and bake at 350 for about 10-12 minutes, then remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and brush the remaining garlic butter on each slider, then serve.
Notes
- I use Hawaiian rolls but you can use:
- Regular dinner rolls
- Regular slider buns
- Brioche slider buns
