Ingredients
Adjust Servings
- Cajun Honey Garlic Sauce
Instructions
- Clean each salmon filet and pat dry.
- Slice filets into cubes, place the cubes in a bowl, drizzle with the olive oil and season with the lemon pepper and Cajun seasoning (making sure all of the cubes have seasoning on them) and set aside.
- Heat the canola oil in a medium skillet for just a few minutes
- while oil is heating, mix the flour and cornstarch on a plate with a fork
- Dredge and cover each salmon cube in the flour mixture and add to skillet once oil is hot.
- Cook salmon cubes about 3-4 minutes per side depending on thickness.
- Once done place them on a plate with a paper towel (to drain any excess oil) Cajun Honey Garlic Sauce
- Mix all ingredients in a small glass bowl and place in microwave about 30 seconds or less (not more than that.
- Stir the sauce well, drizzle over the bites and enjoy.
Notes
- use single salmon filets ( I buy a bag of frozen individually wrapped salmon filets and use four of them) but feel free to use fresh as well.
- you can use more or less hot sauce depending your desire for spice
- you can also use the sauce for dipping instead of drizzling over the bites
