Instructions
- Defrost package of shrimp, I usually set my frozen shrimp in a bowl of cold water for 20 minutes. While the shrimp is defrosting go ahead and chop the celery and red onion and set to the side.
- Open packages of imitation crab and add to a large bowl. Drain defrosted shrimp and remove tails. Pat the shrimp with paper towel to remove any remaining water and add to the bowl of crab meat.
- Add chopped celery and chopped onions to the bowl along with all the seasonings (old bay, dill weed, black pepper, and paprika). Add 1 cup of mayonnaise and mix all ingredients with a mixing spoon until well combined. You may need to add more mayo depending on your desired creaminess. (add a little at a time) Serve cold with crackers or eat plain.
Notes
- Add more or less of the seasonings depending on your taste
- Keep refrigerated and serve cold
- Great with crackers
