This is a quick, easy and delicious recipe the whole family will love. Salmon topped with a sweet and tangy teriyaki sauce! What’s not to love? Perfect when you don’t have much time but want something really good. Serve it with rice and veggies for a delicious healthy weeknight meal.

- Teriyaki Sauce
Instructions
- Make the teriyaki sauce first. Place the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey and sesame oil in a small pot over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved
- In a small cup mix the cornstarch with 1 tbsp of water until dissolved, then pour into sauce and boil for minute (the sauce should slightly thicken). Set sauce aside
- Heat the olive oil in and a large skillet. Season the salmon to taste.
- Place the salmon in the skillet and sear 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Pour the Teriyaki sauce over the salmon. Add a little sesame seeds and chopped green onion as topping/garnish if you prefer.
