- Combine ground turkey, 1 tbsp of chili powder, and desired seasonings
- In a large pot, saute onion, bell pepper, and jalapeño for 3-4 minutes, then add garlic and saute 1 minute more
- Add seasoned ground turkey to the pot along with veggies and cook until turkey has browned.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30-45 minutes or until desired thickness.
