Try this bang bang shrimp recipe as an appetizer or a main dish. Yummy crispy shrimp coated in a sweet and savory sauce made so easily and quick! This shrimp recipe is definitely a keeper and can easily become a favorite in your household.

- In a small bowl add the mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha and stir until well combined.
- In a medium to large bowl add the shrimp and buttermilk and toss to coat all the shrimp.
- drain the buttermilk from the shrimp and lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Coat the shrimp in the cornstarch ( I usually pour my cornstarch into a storage bag with the shrimp and shake)
- Heat the oil in pan or skillet
- Fry shrimp until lightly golden brown 2 minutes on each side.
- Once done coat the shrimp with the sauce and serve immediately.
Notes
- Just add a little more sriracha for more spice
- I found the cornstarch makes crispier shrimp
- Makes a great appetizer
